This hotel and staff were so welcoming from the moment you stepped through the doors, Reception was welcoming and very informative. I had been given an unexpected upgrade because the booking was a birthday suprise and free birthday drinks. The room was incredible, I original booking was for a balcony with a city view, with a walk-in shower, and I walked into a corner balcony room where I could see the cathedral and the city truly beautiful views including rolling fields past the city. The bathroom, the biggest walk-in shower I've ever encountered, and a stunning bathtub, 😍 towels that were changed daily. A huge, very comfortable sofa and 2 chairs, the bed was truly massive. My stay here has been out of this world, definitely 5☆ but I think if I could leave a star rating that I think is appropriate, it would be 100☆ Thank you very much, Hotel Indigo.

The location of the hotel is superb, right in the City Centre. I booked a slightly more spacious / expensive room for my stay and it was very well equipped with beautiful shampoo, shower gel, hand & body lotion. The shower was excellent, both rainfall and handheld and the coffee machine, Nespresso was a real treat. Infact, the whole tea tree was beautiful. I was there for 5 nights and there was cleaning every day, with fresh towels if you wanted them. Super comfy bed and pillows, and good quality bed linen. The hotel has a distinct smell when you walk in - it was gorgeous! The staff are super lovely, although there is a lot of them, so didn't really get to know their names.

I stayed at hotel indigo in December for my 25th birthday for 2 nights! I had a very pleasant experience. The staff at the front desk were very helpful upon check in and again later on when I had a question. The room was a great size with a really nice bathroom. It was nicely decorated & a good lay out. A member from the front desk called the room to check in that everything was ok at one point. They had good amenities & facilities. It seems like a popular hotel. It seemed well maintained. The bed and pillows were super comfy. I would happily stay here again and recommend it. It would be my first choice of hotels in the area.

We had a excellent stay. The hotel is welcoming and a high standard. Breakfast was very different though. They were very short staffed, so we waited 15 mins for staff to be able to give us a clean table. The service was slow and initially the continental breakfast supplies had practically run out - just bread, some melon and some cereal left. Pastries etc... were eventually replenished and our hot breakfast was delicious but a real shame the staff wasn't sufficient to deal with the number of people at breakfast. We went elsewhere for our breakfast for the rest of our stay

This is a hotel with great staff and a lovely atmosphere. The decor and furnishings are lovely making the stay at this hotel feel special but still comfortable and friendly. I would definitely return. The food was lovely and our King Suite with balcony on the 8th floor was really fantastic. We will return in the summer to thoroughly enjoy the skyline and the cathedral which is practically next door. No problems with lifts or wifi. I slept well as the bed was extremely comfortable.
